- Members must adhere to safety guidelines, club rules, and the instructions of coaches and club officials.
- Participants should be in good health and notify the Club of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely take part in activities.
2. Safety and Conduct
- All participants must wear appropriate safety gear as required.
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during club activities is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Members are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance coverage for personal injury and liability.
3. Equipment and Facilities
- Club equipment must be treated with care and used only for intended purposes.
- Any damage to club equipment or facilities must be reported immediately.
- Members may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence.
4. Photo and Media Consent
- By participating in club activities, you consent to the Club capturing and using photos and videos of you for promotional and documentation purposes.
- These images may be used on the Club’s website, social media pages, promotional materials, and newsletters.
- If you do not wish to have your image used, you must notify the Club in writing at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.
- The Club will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests to exclude individuals from published media.
5. Liability and Waiver
- The Club is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during club activities.
- Members must fill in the Typhoon Waiver Form
- Members participate at their own risk and acknowledge the inherent risks involved in water sports.
- By joining, members waive any claims against the Club, its officers, coaches, and representatives for any injuries or damages arising from participation.
6. Late Event Fees
- Members must pay event fees by the specified deadline.
- A late fee of £5 will be applied to payments made after the deadline.
- Failure to pay event fees on time may result in exclusion from the event.
- Repeated late payments may impact eligibility for future club events.
7. Amendments
